- The jackpot still goes to players, guessed all five main numbers and two stars. If there are several winners, then the main prize is divided equally between them.
- If no one guesses all the drawn numbers, the jackpot will be split equally among all winners in the next prize round (if any), where you have to guess five main numbers and one star.
- If the prize money is "5 + 2 matches "and" 5 + 1 matches »rounds no winners, then the jackpot will be split between the winners of the next "5 matches" prize round, If there are any.
- Most likely, for this round the winners will be determined, otherwise, the jackpot will continue to roll into the next prize round, until played.
- In the next draw, the jackpot will return to its original value in 17 million euros.
Only three Must Be Won Draws have been drawn in EuroMillions to date. The very last one happened 8 October 2019 of the year, after the jackpot has not been drawn for 22 draws and the last five draws was at the maximum mark. Jackpot Limit History
When EuroMillions was first presented to the public in 2004 year, lottery jackpot was capped by the maximum number of transfers - 11 time. When, if in the twelfth draw none of the participants guessed correctly 5 main numbers and 2 "Lucky stars", then the main prize will be transferred to the next prize tier, which has a winner.
In November 2009 of the year, Jackpot transfer rules have been revised and replaced with a limited jackpot(ang. Jackpot cap), equal 185 million euros. However, the rules also stated, that in case of reaching the maximum ceiling, the jackpot will be increased by 5 million euros. What happened 12 july 2012 of the year, when a couple from Scotland, Chris and Colin Weir (ang. Chris and Colin Weir), won the maximum allowed jackpot, after which the maximum amount was increased to 190 million euros.
In September 2016 r. some changes were made, so that bigger jackpots can be generated more often. One of these changes was an increase in the number of jackpot draws for the total 190 000 000 € before downgrading to a lower prize tier and splitting between ticket holders in that tier. Initially, the total prize could reach the limit and remain active for one draw before being downgraded in the second draw; however, as a result of these changes, the limit increased to four draws.
In February 2020 the EuroMillions prize distribution scheme has changed, as a result, now a larger percentage of the prize pool of each draw is credited to the jackpot. To make the prize even bigger, upper jackpot limit increased from 190 to 200 million euros. According to the new rules, the upper limit of the jackpot is increased by 10 million euros every time, when the jackpot is won or rolled over to a lower prize tier, and the absolute maximum jackpot is 250 million euros.

Rules and terms of the drawing
Is it difficult to play the EuroMillions lottery? If the player does not have the desire or ability to go for the original ticket to any of the lottery's home countries, then the ticket can be purchased in another way:
- buy through partner (our favorite Lotto Agent!);
- place a EuroMillions bet online
To buy a ticket from an intermediary, you need to check the reliability of your chosen company according to reviews. She must have a license. The next step is to buy a coupon and give instructions on how to fill out the ticket. You then receive a copy of the completed ticket. Now you just have to wait for the results of the drawing. And don't forget, that with this method of buying a ticket you will need to pay in 3 times more expensive (a regular ticket costs 2,5 dollar).
The "bet on the game" option is an online casino. According to reviews, this is quite convenient. This is done by such Lotto Agent lottery services. In this case, you can play the online lottery from home, even behind a smartphone. This method is gaining in popularity., because the rules of the game are the same in this case, as in the original game. The bet price matches the EuroMillions ticket price.
The rules of the game are not complicated. Used for drawing 2 drum (for basic and additional numbers). In front of the player 2 fields. The player must choose five main numbers from 1 to 50 in the first field. The second also 2 star numbers from one to 12.
If the player wins star numbers, he gets the main prize. If he guesses the numbers of the first field, he has a middle category prize in his pocket. But the secondary prize amounts are usually not small, that's why the winners are always happy with them.
The lottery jackpot is cumulative. Upon reaching 190 million jackpot increase stops. If nobody wins this prize, then the prizes of the second and third categories increase. Winners of the secondary prizes are certainly pleased. A large amount of money is distributed between them..
Known, that the founders of the Euromillion project keep for themselves only a small percentage of the money received for tickets (0,5%). The rest of the money is distributed:
- 50% - prizes for all winners
- 28% - support of charitable foundations
- 12% –State treasury
- 5% - commissions to lottery distributors
- 4,5% - running costs
Euromillions has a special raffle - the creator of millionaires. The chance of winning here is directly proportional to the number of tickets sold
