Introduce into the Federal Law of 24 july 2007 year N 221-FZ “About the state cadastre of real estate” (Collection of legislation of the Russian Federation, 2007, N 31, Art. 4017; 2008, N 30, Art. 3597, 3616; 2009, N 52, Art. 6410; 2011, N 23, Art. 3269; N 27, Art. 3880; N 30, Art. 4563, 4605; 2012, N 31, Art. 4322; 2013, N 30, Art. 4083; 2014, N 26, Art. 3377; N 30, Art. 4211, 4218; N 43, Art. 5799, 5802; N 52, Art. 7558; 2015, N 1, Art. 39; N 14, Art. 2019) following changes:
- 1) expired since 1 january 2017 of the year. – Federal law from 03.07.2016 N 361-ФЗ;
- 2) in part 2 articles 45 the words “Land use documentation, included in the state data fund, obtained as a result of land management, documents” replace with a word “Documents”.

Introduce to the Water Code of the Russian Federation (Collection of legislation of the Russian Federation, 2006, N 23, Art. 2381; 2008, N 29, Art. 3418; N 30, Art. 3616; 2009, N 52, Art. 6441; 2011, N 29, Art. 4281; N 30, Art. 4590; N 50, Art. 7359; 2013, N 19, Art. 2314; N 43, Art. 5452; 2014, N 26, Art. 3387; 2015, N 1, Art. 11, 12) following changes:
- 1) article 5 add part 4.1 following content:
- “4.1. Procedure for determining the location of the coastline (water body boundaries), the cases and frequency of its determination are established by the Government of the Russian Federation. Requirements for describing the location of the coastline (water body boundaries) are established by the federal executive body authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation.”;
- 2) in part 6 articles 6 the words “the coastline of a public water body” replace with words “coastline (water body boundaries) public water body”;
- 3) in point 1 parts 1 articles 13 the words “water body boundaries” replace with words “coastline locations (water body boundaries)”;
- 4) in point 3 parts 1 articles 22 the words “water body boundaries” replace with words “coastline locations (water body boundaries)”;
- 5) in part 4 articles 26 the words “shoreline water bodies” replace with words “coastline (water body boundaries)”;
- 6) part 4 articles 31 add paragraph 10.2 following content:
- “10.2) about the location of the coastline (water body boundaries);”;
- 7) in article 65:
- a) in part 1 the words “coastline” replace with words “coastline (boundaries of a water body)”;
- b) in part 3 the words “corresponding coastline” replace with words “location of the corresponding coastline (water body boundaries)”;
- in) in part 14 the words “coastline” replace with words “coastline locations (water body boundaries)”.
