Когда заполним информацию на всех детей, нажимаем Continue.

Этап 3: проверка заполненных данных

Проверьте, чтобы все заполненные данные были верны и нажмите кнопку Submit. На этапе проверки не показывается загруженная фотография, это норма. Если хотите что-то изменить, не нажимайте кнопку назад в браузере, а воспользуйтесь специальными кнопками для возврата к нужному этапу на сайте.

На этой же странице будет ваш уникальный номер, который нужно сохранить. Сделайте фотографию или распечатайте страницу с подтверждением.
С помощью Confirmation Number вы сможете узнать о победе в лотерее. Обычно проверку результатов открывают в мае следующего года. Проверять результаты нужно самостоятельно, никаких уведомлений в случае победы не приходит.

1. В первую очередь необходимо проверить результаты розыгрыша на официальном сайте https://dvlottery.state.gov. Произойдет переадресация на https://dvprogram.state.gov/

Участники программы Diversity Visa 2021 могут проверять статус своих записей с 5 мая 2020 года по 30 сентября 2021.

Не стоит расстраиваться в случае отсутствия уведомления о выигрыше, так как в этом случае существуют свои тонкости:

• при проверке результатов в первые дни
  после розыгрыша вы можете получить ложноотрицательный результат, так как в эти
  дни сервер наиболее перегружен и существует возможность выдачи отрицательного
  результата;
• как показывает практика, выигрыш
  вполне возможен в более поздний период, поэтому необходимо провести повторную
  проверку через несколько месяцев.

Оформлять иммиграционные визовые формы DS-260 необходимо для себя и ближайших членов семьи, в число которых входят: супруг(а), а также дети до 21 года, не состоящие в браке.

Подготовьте необходимые документы

Для получения иммиграционной визы DV в 2020 финансовом году, Вам понадобятся:

• личные документы,
• документы о полученном образовании и профессиональном опыте,
• службе в армии (если применимо к вам),
• отсутствии судимости,
• наличии финансовых средств и материальных активах

Перевод документов для иммиграции в США

Перевод необходимых документов на английский язык, начиная с 2019 года нужно готовить сразу после отправки иммиграционных форм DS-260.

Вам не нужно ставить апостиль. Вам даже не нужно нотариально заверять перевод.

Достаточно сертифицированного перевода.

Перевод должен включать заявление, подписанное переводчиком, в котором говорится, что перевод является точным и переводчик компетентен для перевода.

После отправки иммиграционной формы, вы получите из Консульского Центра Кентукки запрос на отправку документов.

Для победителей DV-2020, в КСС нужно было отправить:

• биографическую страницу паспорта (загранпаспорта);
• свидетельство о рождении всех членов семьи;
• свидетельство о браке(если брак после заявки);
• справка о несудимости для всех, кто старше 16 лет;
• военный билет для военнообязанных;
• документы, подтверждающие окончание всех предыдущих супружеских отношений (свидетельство о расторжении брака, свидетельство о смерти супруга, копия решение суда о расторжении брака);
• в случае наличия судимости или различных форм ограничения свободы, необходимо предоставить копию решения суда или иного органа, применявшего ограничение свободы, а иногда и другие документы поясняющие данную ситуацию;

Не отправляйте бумажные документы в КЦК. Любые бумажные документы, отправленные в КЦК, будут уничтожены.

Документы, сфотографированные или отсканированные с помощью мобильного телефона, являются приемлемыми, но каждый документ должен быть полностью разборчивым. Неразборчивые или неполные документы должны быть повторно поданы и задержат рассмотрение вашего дела.

Этап 2. Розыгрыш грин карт и результаты

Все анкеты проверяются компьютером на соответствие требований и дубликаты. Потом следующая программа, случайным образом выбирает 50000 анкет. Это и есть победители.

Как и когда узнавать о выигрыше.

Единственный способ: с мая 2019 года по 30 сентября 2020 года, введя номер на официальном сайте: www.dvlottery.state.gov

Госдеп США не занимается рассылкой писем о выигрыше. От них можно получить только напоминание о том, что нужно проверить свой статус на сайте. Также они никогда не требует денежных переводов куда-либо. Будьте бдительны, если между вами есть посредник в подаче заявки.

Если машина вас не выбрала, не отчаивайтесь. В следующем году можно снова подавать документы. Если вы выиграли, то вас ждет ещё одно анкетирование. Сбор документов и приглашение на собеседование.

Этап 3. Оформление грин карты.

Стоимость оформления green card в последний раз составляла 330 долларов за каждю визу, не зависимо от возраста. Оплачивается сбор на собеседовании с консулом и не подлежит возврату если в выдаче визы отказано.

После получения виз дополнительно оплачивается 220 долларов иммиграционного налога (USCIS Immigrant Fee).

National lottery USA

Lotteries in the United States did not always have sterling reputations. One early lottery in particular, the National Lottery, which was passed by Congress for the beautification of Washington D.C. and was administered by the municipal government, was the subject of a major U.S. Supreme Court decision Cohens v. Virginia.

The lottery never paid out, and it brought to light the prevalent issue of crookedness amongst the lotteries in the United States. The wave of anti-lottery protests finally broke through when, by 1860, all states had prohibited lotteries except Delaware, Missouri, and Kentucky. The scarcity of lotteries in the United States meant that tickets were shipped across the country and eventually led to the creation of illegal lotteries. In 1868, after years of illegal operation, the Louisiana Lottery Company obtained a 25-year charter for its state lottery system. The charter was passed by the Legislature due to immense bribing from a criminal syndicate in New York. The Louisiana Lottery Company was a derived 90% of its revenue from tickets sold across state borders. These continued issues of corruption led to the complete prohibition of lotteries in the United States by 1895. It was discovered that the promoters of the Louisiana Lottery Company had accrued immense sums of money from illegitimate sources and that the Legislature was riddled with bribery.

Before the advent of government-sponsored lotteries, many illegal lotteries thrived, such as number games. The first modern government-run US lottery was established in Puerto Rico in 1934. This was followed, decades later, by the New Hampshire lottery in 1964. Instant lottery tickets, also known as scratch cards, were introduced in the 1970s and have become a major source of lottery revenue. Individual lotteries often feature three-digit and four-digit games akin to numbers games; a five number game, and a six number game (the latter two often have a jackpot.) Some lotteries also offer at least one game similar to keno, and some offer video lottery terminals. Presently, many US lotteries support public education systems.
